Customer Support for Logitech® Gaming Products

Customer Support is offered through  www.logitech.com.  The site has a section dedicated to support for the whole Logitech® Gaming product line.  It also includes a section on FAQs, common issues, and all of the latest released software.  If you want to talk directly with a support representative, arrange for a product return, have defective hardware, etc...this is the place to go.

The WingMan® Team web site is maintained by the development team for Logitech® Gaming products.  We will try to answer questions from users whenever time allows.

Finally, before sending an e-mail please check all of the available FAQs, and review the bulletin board, to see if there is an answer to your question there.

A Good Problem Description Is Very Important...

In order to attempt to solve an issue, we need as much information as possible.  Here are some things to consider when posting on the bulletin board, or sending an email.

System Details:  We need to know specific details of your system including:-

  • Name of the product
  • Windows version  (Windows® XP, Vista, etc)
  • Motherboard (manufacturer & model)
  • CPU (model & speed)
  • DirectX version
  • Logitech® Gaming Software version
  • Connection method (USB, gameport, etc)
  • USB chipset (if applicable)
  • Gameport type (if applicable)

Problem Description:  We need a clear, detailed description of the issue including:-

  • Has the issue always existed?
  • Under what conditions does the issue happen?
  • Can the issue be reproduced consistently?

Game Related Issues:  If the issue is specific to a particular game then we need more information including:-

  • Name of the game in question
  • Version of the game
  • How to reproduce the issue at hand
