 If
you have a beta version of this software already installed, you must uninstall
it first before proceeding.
If you already have Logitech® Gaming Software / WingMan®
Software v5.01 or earlier
already installed, please remove it
via the "Add/Remove Programs" application first. Otherwise, choose the
language from the list that best suits you preference. (Make a note of the
location that you downloaded the file to.)

installation of Logitech® Gaming Software.
- Either an administrator account, or access to the
administrator password is required for installation.
- Launch the Logitech® Gaming Software setup program by double-clicking
on the downloaded file.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
The Gaming Team has worked really hard at implementing the
features you have been asking for, and making the software the best it can be.

Requirements
Windows® XP or Windows® Vista. Either 32-bit or 64-bit.Overview
- Fixed a bug in the drivers that could result in a blue
screen.
- Improved the efficiency of the drivers to lower the CPU
usage when playing back macros.
- Fixed an issue with mouse emulation mode and macro
playback.
- Implemented a fix for detecting game launches when the
Windows® Vista Sidebar is running.
- Added game profile activation notifications on
GamePanel™ devices (G15 and Z-10).
- Added a menu item in the Logitech® Profiler
application to provide feedback on Logitech products.
- Various other minor fixes and improvements.

Requirements
Windows® XP or Windows® Vista. Either 32-bit or 64-bit.Overview
- The Sideshow Driver should no longer be installed under
Windows Vista Home Basic edition since SideShow is not available in this
edition.
- Added a huge amount of new game profiles (see the list below).
- Fixed a typo in the German CD Browser (CD version).
- Various bug fixes in GamePanel™
Manger: removed spurious applet, fixed framerate issue.
- Fixed an issue with Japanese keyboard layouts and macros: all keys
should now be supported in macros.
- Fixed an issue with the LCDMedia applet showing garbage characters
during startup.
- The SideShow driver is now WHQL signed and should not prompt the user
during install anymore.
- Fixed an issue in GamePanel™ Manager
that caused a delay during the boot of Windows Vista.
- Removed the installation of the SideShow driver for 64-bit Vista.
The driver exposes a certain situation on some systems that could result in
a crash during boot time. Once the issue is resolved, the driver will
be again part of the normal install of GamePanel™
Software.
