Forumla GP is not a digital device, it is a basic analog device.
from the FAQ
http://www.wingmanteam.com/files/documents/webfaqs/wmhelp/Product_Specific_Information/WingMan_Formula_GP.htm
This device is an analog gameport device. There is no support in Logitech® software for analog gameport devices. As a result there is no custom controller panel support or Profiler support for these devices.
This device is designed to operate with the standard Windows® supplied analog gameport drivers. For details on the how to select the driver and calibrate the device see the quick start guide that is included in the product packaging.
