Yes that is correct. There is only support for USB devices in Profiler under Win2000/WinXP :-( See the FAQs for more details.

The thunderpad digital is recognized/installed and can be calibrated and tested in windows xp. How is it possible that the wingman profiler (installed with the version WS411NLD) is not able to find the wingman thunderpad digital? Now i can't install the profiles.
