There is no support for gameport products in WinXP Profiler, USB devices are only supported. See the FAQs.

I have been using a Logitech Thunderpad for years and it did perfectly work on my old PC under Win 98 & Win 98 SE together with Logitech profiler V4.30.

Now, I have a PC running Win XP Professional and now the Thunderpad (connected to gameport) isn't recognized by Logitech's profiler software any more. On the other hand, Win XP does recognize the Thunderpad and also has a driver included which makes it work perfectly.
So, basically I can play games which support a joystick, but I cannot play keyboard only games with the Thunderpad, which I could do under Win 98 using the profiler software's ability to assign joystick functions to the keyboard.

I would be happy if there was a way to get profiler software recognizing my Thunderpad to be able to play these keyboard games, too :)
