C:\Program Files\Logitech\Profiler\LWPGames.dat is the entire gamestore with all of your custom profiles.

On the new installation, shut down profiler (right-click "W", Exit). Then, copy the lwpgames.dat from your old installation into the current C:\Program Files\Logitech\Profiler\ path, start up profiler again and you should have everything back.

I built a new computer using pieces from my old one, including the hard drive. I backed up the entire system prior to reformatting the HD. Where are the files containing my profiles or, if files no longer exist, is there a way to get my profiles back?
