Got around this by using a third party game profiler. Something to think about WingMan Team.

The mouse emulation works for gamepad only, so you won't be able to emulate a mouse using a steering wheel or joystick :( But that is a good idea for a macro that you have, I could use that!

Hi, in the profile i'm trying to create a macro for spotting enemies using a single button push, this involves holding down Q then left clicking with the mouse. I can get the Q button sorted but the profiler will not detect me doing the mouse click, any ideas?
